Hotel with a great location near the breakfast station plentiful in normal clean some problem with hot water that was solved in a few minutes room 14 thanks.... We were told that the rooms will be improved. See you soon!

Lots of complaints about the noise, yes, the Hotel is a very old building in a very busy area, I'm sure there are other places who experience the same people traffic, get over it, this isn't The Ritz, it's a cheap and cheerful place, great location, room was clean, actual guests in the Hotel were quiet, 3 nights here, only a 10 min walk to the handy Airport Bus service which I highly recommend for the price.

The rooms are very small and basic , but clean. House keeping brought clean towels and beds made every day. The first room we was given was very dark and small , we were staying for 7 nights , if it was 1 or 2 nights I wouldn’t have minded so much . I went and asked if there was any bigger rooms as we were staying for a week and the thought of returning to the first room would be depressing. We was offered another room , still small , but. Different lay out that was airer and lighter . I never witnessed any of the larger rooms on the website. The location was really good , the breakfast was a good choice . I would recommend this hotel for a 1or 2 night stay , it is very basic , but good value for Venice.
