Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pictures don't do justice to the rooms, which are very spacious. Very nice pool area even though it can get crowded. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect location on the Lido's main thoroughfare halfway between the beaches and the vaporetto stop. The area is very lively without being too crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay. In addition to the beautiful decor, the blissful breakfast, the beautiful rooms, and the swimming pool, we received perfect service from all the staff. We would like to particularly thank Ivan from the reception. When we needed medical care on Sunday, he did everything possible so that we could be helped smoothly. Thanks to the whole team for a perfect stay that we will enjoy for a long time. Els & Geert.

The hotel is beautiful and easy to get to from Marco Polo Airport……the staff was very helpful in advance of our visit with arranging water taxi from the airport as well as throughout our stay……Paolo was our main contact person and we cannot thank him enough for his pre-arrival assistance as well as during our stay…..our family is planning on visiting this hotel in 2027 as the experience is excellent.
