AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. They cancelled our reservation without apologizing two weeks before we were due to arrive. This left us with nowhere to stay. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They did not try to help or support us to find a new place. Why should we have to look for new place because they decided they no longer wanted to make s booking g I made in September? They are obviously uncaring, greedy, selfish, and mercenary. Do not stay here as they will ruin your holiday. They should be held to account for their unscrupulous actions and deserve to be closed down. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The guest house is situated conveniently in the Cannaregio area, very nicely decorated, clean, fairly quiet and with a big shared kitchen. On the other hand, our room was entirely different from what the pictures show: very small, air couldn't get in, so it constantly was smelling as very stale, the shower built for mice with very poor water pressure. Also, the wi-fi was not working anywhere on the property, and if you would need to get any extra consumables (as toilet paper), you would need to message the owner for any little thing that you would need.
