Great location! Just a 1 minute walk from a vaporetto station. Hotel is super clean with modern amenities. Awesome staff that are always available and provide the most excellent service. Breakfast was more than what I expected. Did not expect to have hot food that included bacon, sausage, scrambled and boiled eggs, with a great selection of fruits and pastries, perfect to have with the awesome cappuccino ☕️ If you are looking for a relaxing experience, this is the place and neighbourhood to stay!

Such a wonderful experience. The hotel is so charming, and old world in a quiet neighborhood but with great proximity to a water taxi station (Vaporetto). The hotel is on a cobblestone alleyway in the back and a water taxi stop in front. Lovely furnishings with gilt and chandeliers and brocade in the rooms. The service is what really makes this place standout. Exceptional breakfasts with caffe lattes and cappuccinos brought to your table. Donatello, Sandro and Walter were so helpful too, arranging taxis, and were super nice when I left my black billfold in the black lined safe, and arranged for it to be messengered to Rome. My money made it too, very honest staff! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel possessed all the charm I was searching for in a Venice Hotel. I was enchanted with our room and the hotel courtyard. We enjoyed the classic Venetian decor with modern bathroom amenities (including huge shower). Location was perfect; close to neighborhood shops and restaurants, access to vaporetto stop and easy commute to Rialto Bridge or San Marco Square on foot or water. Wonderful staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed 2 nights but I wish we could have stayed a few more! Our favorite breakfast in Italy this trip!
