Hotel Barchessa Gritti

Free parking, a comfortable and quiet room, and there were all sorts of homemade pastries for breakfast. I had a very relaxing stay. They were very friendly, and helpful. This feels like a family run hotel, and has a warm feeling.

My Brother and I arrived here last night and we decided to stay because we were worn out from a long day. Giuseppe and his wife Elizabetta (owners)They represent the definition of professionalism to the fullest, after being greeted in a pleasant manner we were taken to our rooms which were Clean, tidy, comfortable and best of all, well isolated from all sound. That same night after a lovely Persiflage we proceeded to rest until the next morning, soon thereafter we encountered our buffet in the main Hall, which was superb, the vast majority of the food was homemade and tasted magnificently Here below I shall post photos so you can see the service provided. We booked because of the good reviews but it was a big disappointment! We stayed in the two bedroom suite with roof windows only, the room was dirty, poorly cleaned with dead insects, strong odor of insecticide, the air conditioning was not cooling properly and was noisy, the room has probably the smallest tv we have ever seen in a hotel, the breakfast was very basic, the owner was unfriendly, suspicious and burocratic. Definitely the worst hotel we stayed in Italy!
