Hotel Canada

Gross! So much mould, broken shower doors, bathroom door handle falls off, broken/missing floor tiles in shower making it unsafe, toilet moves tilts! Staff are rude! They also like to touch your personal items without consent! Broke my phone charger, while touching my stuff managed to knock an irreplaceable item onto the floor lucky I found it. After I spoke to front desk about them not entering the room again they still felt the need to come knocking! Save your money for a better cleaner safer hotel!

Worst hotel I ever booked in my life. Do not believe the pictures you see, it is nothing like it. A small summary of our problems during our 3 days stay: - Mold in the room - barely hot water - rotten bathroom door - raining inside - weird unpleasant smell when using the ac. The saddest part about this is that the owner doesn't care at all. And i could go on, but these were like the 5 biggest things. Stay away from this hotel forever if you don't want to get sick.

The hotel is located in a historic residence, it is well connected to the center, near a Coop for grocery shopping, the reception is reachable by a somewhat steep staircase. The cleanliness is good. The continental breakfast is good. Not suitable for people with disabilities
