In a secluded position between fields and greenhouses, surrounded by a shady and flowery park, beautiful structure, new and very clean room with TV, air conditioning and fan, excellent mattresses, great bathroom, excellent shower, very kind owners, we were given bikes, lent umbrella. Breakfast very good and plentiful. 500 m from the beach. Very close to pier of Punta Sabbioni for Venice. It is located next to agri-camping and Farm that sells its products. Beautiful location for very relaxing holiday.

good location, close to the beach (15 minutes walking or few minutes biking) we got the bikes from the owner, the bike is perfect there is plain, so this is best transport for getting in surroundings. It is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes on bike from Punta Sabbioni (boat to Venice or other islands). The half board is definitely great deal. 3-course menu, pasta was top, also great prepared seafood, good wine. just to explain, as a traveler I am looking for great food, my travels is most about food and cuisine. so according to my experiences this is really perfect place, when you don´t want to spend a lot for the accomodation, but would like to eat well and stay in clean place. the room is OK for the money, it is not luxury, but you can´t expect for the price something posh. but it is very clean, everyday cleaned the bathroom. we were very satisfied. I would visit this place in future.

This is a small Locanda with 7 rooms and 2 bungalows and was recommended to me by a friend. I need somewhere for my 65th birthday celebrations where I could have my nearest and dearest with me (25 of us). I booked this last October and we were the first guests of the season. The rooms were clean and comfortable but several of them had problems with the heating. The quality of the food was very good but I was disappointed that for the meal for my birthday it was a bit chaotic and not everything I had asked for was taken into consideration and when I tried to say something Massimo got very excited so I just left it. On the night, apart from us there was another booking for 30 or so other people and there was only one waitress for all of us. Efficient as she was, and she was very efficient, there should have been at least another 2 people. I felt at times that the service was indifferent and that they were disinterested altogether. I had worked hard to organise everything and felt a bit let down, although it did not stop me having a nice time with my firends and family.
