Great hotel! We were on the 4th floor (no elevator) and had a wonderful room with a little balcony that I enjoyed my gelato on! The ac was cold and the people were nice. It was so easy to walk our luggage here from the train station. No hauling luggage on water taxis just to get to hotel. It was quiet and clean and I highly recommend!

The rooms are small, which is the norm in Venice, but they are clean and well maintained. Interesting location near the Roma square, which is accessible on foot.
