Discreet hotel. The exterior definitely needs modernization, while the rooms have been renovated and are basic, yet comfortable and spacious. The location is quite convenient for public transport, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the ferry terminal, and the buses are often crowded with people. The breakfast is good, but we happened to arrive at the beginning of the scheduled time and waited over half an hour to have it because there were no free tables. We had never experienced anything like this, and I think it would have been sufficient to inform us by suggesting a suitable time since there were large groups present. We therefore lost quite a bit of time that we could have spent going to Venice to visit it.

Friendly and friendly staff. Perfect cleaning. Great availability and kindness. Strategic location for those who want to (also) relax and a few minutes from the free beach (as well as having a private one). A few meters from the bus stop. Absolutely recommended!!!

Awful! The younger lady (I think the owner) is very rude! She pulls faces and has a terrible way of speaking to people when asking simple questions about the area of Lido. The balcony was really rusty, the shower was horrific. Air con doesn’t work. You won’t get any sleep if you stay here due to beds being so uncomfortable. I do not recommend spending money to stay here.
