The location was ok, I honestly don’t know why the tour organizers picked this hotel. I was under the assumption we were staying in Venice. This hotel was a boat ride away and not close to anything. The air conditioning in most of the rooms did not really cool. It is quite dated. The front desk staff was mixed, on arrival we had a very nice gentleman, but the next two days the ladies in front were not receptive. The bartender and wait staff was great.

Our experience in this hotel was amazing, evrything was above the level... very clean rooms, comfort bed, decorated with style, food was great... the suff was very kind and helpful... I would really like to thank Mirjana and Giulio, they were more than helpful and amazing... there is no words to thank them... I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel that has charm, but is sorely lacking staff to handle the number of rooms: endless waiting at the bar, at the restaurant, and never any towels available at the pool. The rooms are seriously starting to need a renovation, especially the bathrooms and the air conditioning which makes a tractor noise (the "timeless" aspect looks more like old-fashioned....) Too bad because that can quickly ruin a stay
