The hotel is listed as having air conditioning but it does not work. We informed the hotel staff and very rudely said that it was a central system, that venice was very hot, and there was nothing they could do.

I want to answer to the owner of the inn we are always the group of Aosta Valley residents she considered rude she saw us the first time when we left her hotel did not greet us when she entered and not even when we left so the rude is her and we when we arrived we found the envelopes with the keys where it was not even specified which were the standard and superior rooms that with 40 euros more the difference was the empty fridge and the floor without carpet and polite was only the Romanian lady think well

An inn in a great location near the Santa Lucia station but in a quiet location and great neighborhood. Very clean room , soft towels , kettle in the room for herbal teas etc . The good breakfast with various savory and sweet proposals. The owner really very kind and helpful in giving directions on the various lines of the vaporetto and what to visit. Recommended YES absolutely. We will be back. See you soon
