I returned to this B&B for the second time with the hope that the constructive criticism left after the first stay had served to improve the property. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. The first time we were assigned an attic that was impossible to rent: an accommodation perhaps suitable for very short people. Q.50 since it was impossible to stand up in the bathroom. This time they gave us a room on the ground floor, practically at the level of the canals: damp, dirty, and with a shower drain that, instead of letting the water flow out, regurgitated it into the bathroom. Our friends were no luckier. In their room, the air conditioner was leaking water constantly, so much so that it forced them to dry the floor with bath towels. The shower door was practically ripped off and, to prevent it from falling on someone, we were the ones who leaned it against the wall. As if that were not enough, upon opening the curtains we found a large kitchen knife stuck in the window frame: an absurd and disturbing scene. After several phone calls to report all these problems, we were offered to move to an apartment. Luckily, we decided to go see it before moving all our luggage. Arriving at the location, we could not even figure out where to enter. After another phone call, it was explained to us where to find the keys: we opened the padlock with the combination... and there was absolutely nothing inside. No keys. At that point, exasperated and unnerved by management that was, to say the least, slapdash, we gave up. We spent the night in the assigned rooms, just hoping that morning would come quickly so we could leave that place. A truly indecent experience. A facility that shows a total lack of maintenance, customer attention, and safety care. I am sorry, because I had returned giving them a second chance, but I will never return and I absolutely do not feel like recommending it.

Terrible and unacceptable experience. Upon our arrival, we found the facility completely closed, and no one showed up to let us in; we were not provided with any access codes or keys. We repeatedly tried to call the provided phone numbers, but no one ever answered or bothered to call us back. In fact, after attempting several calls, the cell phone was permanently turned off. We were literally left stranded in the street, and out of desperation, we had to contact Booking's support. Fortunately, Booking's customer service was efficient and relocated us to another facility, but due to the total silence from this management, we lost over three hours of time between waiting, phone calls, and transfers, ruining the start of our stay. This management is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking here if you do not want to risk being left outside the door.

I stayed one night at this property, and I must say that x regarding the room I can be satisfied given the cleanliness, room n°0 small but comfortable and all equipped, only flaw smell of sewer internally... not satisfied x the linen service as we found only 2 shower towels, given the mix-up I contacted those of duty informing me of the situation, replying that the cleaning girl could not come until midnight and to go and retrieve some towels myself in another room.
