Messner Hotel

WORST PLACE EVER! DONT GO ! It was dirty, mouldy, holes in the wall, broken shower, broken aircon and horrible costumer service!

Completely dirty everywhere, without air conditioning (we are in summer), the TV doesn't work, and there is no Wi-Fi in the room.

I have never seen a dirtier hotel than this; we arrived on Saturday, dropped off our luggage, and went around until 3 PM. Upon returning, they took us to a room (outside the building where the reception is located); we were assigned room number 17 on the ground floor, which had a smell of mold and dampness. I immediately requested a change because my daughter has issues with mold. I wait for them to check availability, and they take us to a third building in their "suite"; I attach a photo of the suite; besides the dirt, the shower was clogged, and I pulled out clumps of hair, vomit!!!! The air conditioner was fixed at 18 degrees with no possibility to change the temperature because there was no remote control, so we froze, and to warm up, we had to open the window; there was no one at the entrance to check, and the door remained open even at night. Moreover, the door to my room did not close properly (attached photo); I wonder how certain establishments can remain open, exposed wall outlets, tape on the lamp, air conditioner missing a wing, the hotel of horrors. The only positive note was the gentleman on duty in the afternoon who was kind enough to try to manage the situation, but I would say he could do little; my friend had an air conditioner in her room that was leaking, so a bucket had to be emptied as soon as it filled up, and the room smelled bad... an immediate report is necessary.
