We had the most wonderful two-day stay – it truly felt like a dream. This is not just a hotel, but a place with soul and character. The beautiful antiques create an elegant and authentic Venetian atmosphere, making every room unique. What made our stay truly exceptional was the incredibly warm and personal hospitality. The staff were outstanding: professional, attentive, genuinely caring, and always one step ahead. They made us feel more like welcomed guests than customers. Everything was simply perfect. We will always remember these two unforgettable days and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Venice.

Excellent welcome, both upon arrival and departure, courteous, smiling and available staff, always ready to help, such as booking a restaurant table... Top-notch breakfast, a dinner in the garden that was quite good. Surprising decor with originality, the establishment well deserves its Palace rating. Value for money, standard services. I recommend.
