It is a hotel you can enjoy if you want to simulate being in a jungle, with bugs, ants, spiders, and cockroaches among other insects. The air conditioning works when it wants to, and there are constant leaks that increase the risk of falls. I could assure you that the best part is when you leave. Still, if you want to go without enjoying, this is your hotel.

Following my son's school trip, the day reception service was very unpleasant on the phone. Hanging up on you is unacceptable because you have a lot of work to do, because I needed to know how to make a forgotten clothing return. No communication effort by phone, very distant and inconvenient emails. There is an effort to be made on communication reception.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we wanted to make use of the food services, but to our surprise, the food was not halal, despite us clearly requesting this in advance. This is a serious issue that should not be ignored. Additionally, we found a worm in an apple, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about food safety and the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. The rooms are in poor condition: there is a strong, unpleasant odor, and it appears that there are bloodstains on one of the chairs. There are also dirty stains on the walls, and we saw multiple spiders crawling around. This gives a very neglected and unhygienic impression. Furthermore, the bathroom door does not function properly, as it cannot be locked. This results in a lack of privacy and comfort. Overall, the maintenance of the room appears to be severely inadequate. What makes this even worse is that all of this creates an unsafe and uncomfortable feeling. A hotel should be a place where guests feel at ease, but that is absolutely not the case here. We expect a hotel to meet basic standards of hygiene, safety, and respect for guests’ needs. Unfortunately, this hotel fails completely in that regard. We are very dissatisfied with our stay. We will never return here and strongly advise everyone to avoid staying at this hotel.
