The rooms of the host were small, the shower was provided with the drop meter, and the photos they had to get an idea were inaccurate, as it is not above the canal, we took two of the three mornings we had paid, the various never returned it to us. Amateurs, stay away.

We had booked this hotel several months before our stay because it offered breakfast. The hotel warned me a week before our arrival that there would be no breakfast because the management had changed... In addition, the hotel offers me a refund of 50€ in compensation for 2 people for 5 days. Unacceptable! The day before departure, I was informed that my reservation was lost computer and that the hotel is full, we can no longer be received.... We are then offered another hotel (still without breakfast!) in another neighborhood or another solution which is the cancellation of the reservation with refund. So I canceled, chose another hotel with breakfast all the day before departure. My stay is over and I am still waiting for the refund of €782 for more than 15 days despite multiple reminders, I am strolling! I am beginning to have doubts about the good faith of this hotelier given the passage of time .... because at each contact I am told that the refund will take place within a few days.

We have booked 2 double rooms for 4 people breakfast included. 3 days before departure we are informed that following a change of direction, the hotel no longer serves breakfasts. This obviously without possibility to cancel the stay! To date no compensation!! Scandalous and dishonest. It's stealing!
