This was perfect. Right in the city centre with an ice cold A/C. The rooms are a decent enough size too and was clean and modern. The nicest part about staying in the city centre were the nights. I could just wander around late and have the entire city almost to myself it felt like. Was also quite quiet as it just a bit away from the main street.

The hotel impresses with very friendly and accommodating staff who are always eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible. This starts before arrival with tips for parking and the tourist pass, and during the stay with practical information about tickets and connections for the water buses. The location is excellent, right at the San Zaccaria station (you only carry your luggage for three minutes to the hotel) and in close proximity to St. Mark's Square. Additionally, the Sestane restaurant on-site is a true insider tip. It has a small but exquisite menu, with all dishes prepared fresh and tasting excellent. The risotto is especially recommended; it is a true dream. .

This hotel is everything! The rooms are beautiful and clean. The bedding is very comfortable, and the rain shower is comforting after a long day of exploring Venice. Location excellent Most importantly, a very big thank you to the staff, Andrea, Gabrielle, Nicolò, Marco as well as housekeeping and restaurant staff. They are extremely friendly and courteous.
