Residenza Cannaregio

They gave my luggage to another person who turned out to be an "acquaintance of theirs"; I was without clothes for the entire stay and on the last day, upon filing a complaint, my clothes appeared because they called that person to bring them back; they did not return our money, EUROSTAR did not take responsibility for the claim since it is managed and operated by an Italian company and they only put their name on it, a scam.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were crisp and clean and the staff was amazing. It is also incredibly well situated to get anywhere in Venice. Eric at the front desk answered many questions and had great recommendations for ways to get around, places to eat, etc. I highly recommend this hotel whether traveling, solo, with family, or with friends.

The suites are great, with 2 floors which makes all the difference. The bathroom is large, well equipped and with all the necessary products. Breakfast is in a very traditional and well served space.
