Residenza Grisostomo

Although this hotel is a bit hidden away, the owners gave clear concise directions to it from the Rialto Bridge. It's in the heart of everything so really handy for a short break in Venice. The associated restaurant where breakfast is served is right on tbe grand canal so we started each day with a stunning view. I'd definitely go back here.

Dont go to this place. They are rude, made a huge mistake charging me twice and are not helping me have my money back. They also sell the room as it has a private bathroom, but they make you share with other gests.

Me and my girlfriend booked one night through booking.com were it said we would get free breakfast included with the price of a room. When we arrived the staff told us that they had made a mistake and that we got the room too cheap. When we asked about the breakfast the staff told us we are rude and should not request such thing. Naturally we asked why and he answered cause we got it so cheap he won’t give us the breakfast. Thereby we didn’t get what we paid for. They made their mistake ours - very unprofessional. We don’t recommend this place at all. If you are looking for a nice Italian welcome, don’t come here.
