Serenissima

It is known that stars are not an objective criterion for evaluating hotels. This statement fully applies to the Hotel Serenissima in Venice, which, despite having only two stars, truly offers a lot. The location is just a few steps from both San Marco and Rialto, clean rooms that are not excessively small (we used a triple), a very rich and quality breakfast for both sweet and savory, and very attentive and professional service from the reservation (requested via email), to check-in and until check-out (flexibility agreed for departure). Historic building, therefore lacking an elevator (this probably explains the two stars), few common areas, and a small breakfast room. These are minor shortcomings, if one wants to call them that, which do not detract from the many positive aspects. Also, the price is very reasonable for being in Venice Highly recommended

Very nice hotel in a central location. It does not have an elevator, as it is in a historic building, but it has porters who will take your luggage to your room. Comfortable rooms furnished in a classic style, not very spacious. Breakfast is nothing short of abundant, practically a lunch!! Overall, a very positive experience, highly recommended!!!!

What a great place. Rooms are small but very nice. Best breakfast we had in Europe Location is perfect but the best part was the staff. Exceptional.
