Unfortunately, the experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was far from clean: in the hot tub we found black hair coming out of the holes (I am blonde, so definitely not mine), a really unacceptable thing. Toilet paper from previous guests had even been left in the bathroom, an obvious sign of superficial and careless cleaning.
The stairs down were very dirty, with splashes, hair, hair and dirt everywhere. The cobwebs were so many that they were reminiscent of Dracula Castle.
It is a shame, because the decor is pretty and the structure would have potential. Positive note only for the morning receptionist, kind and polite. On the contrary, the evening one appeared very annoyed and unavailable.
We frequent this area often, but after this experience we will no longer choose your hotel.
