Air conditioning not working: 26.5 degrees in the room, after trying two. Shower handle knob broken, shower box that does not close well. Very small bathroom.

A one-night stopover. Convenient outdoor parking, very quick check-in and check-out. Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a bit of everything. Clean room. The exterior of the establishment is rather shabby and the maintenance in general needs improvement. Our shower cabin was leaking water and the drain did not allow the water to flow out. Overall, a decent quality for the price, convenient due to its proximity to Venice.

Once a beautiful property, today the hotel needs a nice renovation. Well maintained entrance, breakfast area with appreciable garden, parking. The rooms are old and not very large. Moreover, throughout the night we were accompanied by an annoying noise coming from the plants. We won't repeat.
