We spent one night in this facility. The reviews honestly discouraged me, but once on-site, I changed my mind. It is true that a general refresh would be good because the environments are a bit old, but overall we were fine; the breakfast is still of good quality, and you can choose between sweet and savory. The room we had was a junior suite with two connecting rooms, very spacious; the only downside is that since there is no small balcony, it is a bit difficult to hang towels and swimsuits to dry, and we had to make do using the shower box.
Our little dog also came with us. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room, so we took her with us to the pool; there are shaded green areas where she can settle, of course the dog cannot enter the water (but in our case it wasn't a problem because Leila is not a fan of water). We also took her with us to the restaurant for breakfast, so from this point of view, the hotel is truly pet friendly.
The staff at the reception, the restaurant, and the pool lifeguard have always been kind and helpful; at the pool bar, the bartender asked me if I wanted a bowl of water for the little dog without me asking for anything.
My impression, despite the reviews I read, is absolutely positive.
