ATTENTION BAD EXPERIENCE WONDERBOX We had booked a “dream stay in Europe” that had nothing of a dream stay, after one night we left Apartment all white, painted with a quick coat of cheap paint. Residence of apartments with little sound insulation Sub-brand breakfast and soluble coffee No two-seater mattress but 2 individual soft mattresses gathered by a sheet (not cover) on a bed base without rim Dusty nightstands and mouldy shower joints View of the museum... view of the facade of the museum offices on the other side of the narrow alley to which the room overlooks

I stayed in this apartment one night. Well furnished, clean and spacious. I took advantage of a wonderbox package and paid a small supplement for the superior apartment instead of the standard one which was not available. Disappointing breakfast in the room, few sub-brand products. But the biggest flaw is the heating. I stayed the night of March 1st after a rainy, cold and humid day spent visiting Verona. In the afternoon the heating was off. We asked the lady who welcomed us and she kindly replied that the heating is communal and would be turned on in the evening. This was not the case. Radiators freezing day and night. Sin.

The apartment was nice and well renovated. However, there was no hot water and the owner responded to our complaints with justifications such as "the other apartments have hot water so it must work in yours too", without even bothering to solve the problem or at least check (we didn't even could take a hot shower). For this reason I strongly advise against it.
