Check-in service nonexistent, no codes sent, extremely unpleasant phone reception on the evening of arrival even though I had spoken to the manager at the time of the reservation. Room and bathroom in a pitiful state, humidity and cleanliness more than mediocre. A small investment of a few euros to secure the spaces and renovate the bathroom would be more than necessary. The apartment door does not reassure anyone as it is always open. In the end, I slept dressed and did not dare to shower...

I absolutely cannot recommend this host. He behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully, especially toward a female guests, by publishing a public review containing private and irrelevant information about my stay. The property lacks basic soundproofing, so normal conversations and TV are clearly heard in other rooms. Additionally, the host failed to perform the legally required guest registration and document check. This stay demonstrates a serious lack of respect and professionalism — future guests should be cautious.

Non-existent Welcoming, breakfast absent except a fridge with some drinks and a coffee... These are guest houses, should not be called b & b. Bed very dusty and noisy, room not soundproofed. Positive note: very close to the center.
