Cinque

Spent four nights in this lovely establishment situated between Piazza Corrubbio and the Adige river. Five rooms, two with direct entrance from the street, the other three accessed via the front door. Of those, two face the street and the suite, which we booked, faces an inner courtyard and a small side street. It is thus quieter but also darker. The suites has comfortable two twin beds which can be made into a double/king, a sofa bed, two cupboards, a minibar (with water) a table, a chest of drawers, an awkwardly placed flat screen tv (can be moved) lots of lights and a lovely bathroom with shower, bidet and two sinks. Spotlessly clean (our sheets were changed during our stay) nice towels and toiletries (shower/shampoo, little soap and vanity things). Medium safe (the bigger one was temporarily out of order). Niggles - no breakfast. In the room there is a coffee machine with pods, tea kettle and biscuits, although there is a Migross minimarket and a bakery opposite and a few bars a short distance away; also, they have organised things so that you pay in advance a week before your stay but get the code to access the premises just fifteen minutes before - ex gratia I got it 45 minutes before - which can be a bit stressful especially in high season since as at least for me no human was present at check in but they were responsive online. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

The room is beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste. Everything is very, very clean with nice touches like a coffee maker, coffee, cookies, and water. It is very well located. Very close to Bra Square and the Arena, the castle, and the bus stop. Ricardo was attentive to everything, providing us with all the information we wanted. He took us cushions to sit on the Arena to watch the opera "Nabucco." A charming host. When we return to Verona, we will undoubtedly stay at Cinque Rooms. Maria del Mar and Francisco.

Excellence in everything, professionalism, cleanliness, pleasant furnishings, check-in independently in absolute safety. Oh, congratulations.
