Positives: Kind and helpful restaurant staff Helpful reception staff Free water in fridge was nice touch Pool is a good size with a kids zone Large car park The buffet food is delicious Negatives: WiFi is non existent on the 4th floor (or anywhere in the building it seems) Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant smell The air conditioner broke down halfway through the stay and the staff couldn’t fix it One of the bathroom sinks is missing a plug and there is a hairpin lodged in it as a result The toilet flush button broke One window does not open, the other did not shut Groups of kids running through the corridors screaming at 2AM Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom or anywhere to put shampoo bottles

Absolutely disgusting. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There were cockroaches crawling around, rats running across the floor, and the whole place smelled awful. The tables were dirty, the service was painfully slow, and the food was cold and tasted terrible. The staff didn’t seem to care about any of the complaints, and the overall experience was shocking from beginning to end. I couldn’t wait to leave and honestly wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights. We are a family of 4 people. If you only need to stay for a few days, I would say it is excellent! Very quiet, very kind staff. Abundant breakfast. I do not recommend the dinner.
