It was a very positive stay. A round of applause for the reception staff because they were all very kind, professional, and efficient. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows for a good sleep, blackout curtains for proper rest. Coffee machine with capsules and minibar. Air conditioning. Quality towels and bathrobe. As well as the all-in-one shampoo, body wash, and handwash with a sustainable dispenser. I chose this hotel for the convenience of its location near Borgo Roma Hospital. It is located in the industrial area, and it is undoubtedly convenient for the fair area and not too far from the city center. It is better if equipped with your own car (there is parking), otherwise every point in the city is easily reachable by taxi. One suggestion: room service could improve with little effort, both in the quality of the dishes and in the service. However, the price of room service was entirely fair, and the team was kind and friendly, so it was still positive. The digital menu was very well done, precise in the description of the dishes, and especially for allergies and intolerances. In general, the quality-price ratio was fair and very honest; it has been a long time since I had the opportunity to share such a fair experience for quality-price! I will definitely recommend this establishment and will return - thank you!

I slept the first night in the cold due to a window that did not close properly. I called the reception, but since the heating was not working and considering it was late, it was not possible to remedy the situation in any other way. Having paid in advance, during check-out, Jessica asked me for 3.5 euros for an unpaid tourist tax due to their oversight. Considering the cold night, it might have been more gracious to waive the cost as a courtesy, but that is only for those who have style.

I stayed here for work for 5 consecutive weeks and feared the typical place where people struggle to greet each other. On the contrary, from the reception onward, the staff is excellent and makes you feel at ease. Fantastic rooms, comfortable, very beautiful. I really had a great time. Dinner in the evening is worth it, with a special mention for Irene, the smiling waitress, welcoming and kind to everyone.
