Passing through for one night (fortunately), the room had two huge spiderwebs, one of which was in front of the bed next to the TV; having pointed it out to the reception, once he even came up to the room to inspect it, he said he would come back up to remove them, but I told him no because it was 6:00 PM and we wanted to rest from the trip. With our suitcases open underneath, I didn't think it was appropriate, telling him that the room should be cleaned before and not "during" the stay. In the morning while showering, we noticed that the water wasn't draining, and my two children and I showered with water up to our ankles. The sink was even worse!!

Absolutely needs to be reviewed. Broken bed slats, limescale everywhere in the bathroom, very cramped room, poorly maintained breakfast, drawers containing items from the previous guest. I had trusted the photos posted by the hotel and they were not truthful. The only positive notes are the mattress and the reception, which, besides being nice, features a very kind and very professional young man.

I would say a terrible experience... nothing corresponds to the photos, small rooms and broken slats in the bed... poor breakfast, bathrooms with dilapidated showers and water everywhere except in the shower. The only positive note is the reception staff, who are polite, helpful, and well-trained.
