Everything in the room worked. Nearby activitiesThe hip strip had a lot going on casino,clubs and restaurants. The Doctor’s Cave Beach was fun, kid friendly and relaxing there is a fee. You can rent chairs and umbrella. There is a smoking area. The water is crystal-clear and the beach is clean. There are restrooms. There are places to get food. Dead End beach free but small. A lot of resorts and the one beach venue are being rebuilt due to the storm. You sit on the beach and watched the planes land. There was tiny crabs popping in and out of the sand. There is a restaurant /bar at end of the block. SafetyThere was security on the property. WalkabilityOn and off the property , everything was in walking distance. Plenty of sidewalk to walk on. Just got to be careful when crossing the streets. Food & drinksFood and drinks was beyond excellent. Noteworthy detailsMy husband and I had wonderful stay. We will be staying here again.The property was clean and kept in great condition. They had tomato and herbs growing for the kitchen. They are harmless little lizards running around

Great place location is close to the airport but also feels far away it’s at quite spot on the end of the hip strip. Nice simple rooms a lot of bang for your buck. What really stands out is the staff everyone is super nice from the front desk to security. Eversingle yardman that walked by me said hello or goodmorning or somthing nice a cool place for a real Jamaican experience.

A more budget hotel, but accommodation and grounds were good. It's situated literally around the corner from the 'hip strip', Drs Cave less than 10 min walk away, has parking, and 3 pools. The hotel itself is a little tired, but it has everything you need, and adequate for a few days and not off the beaten track. Carlene one of the Managers was very helpful. Be great if they provided a kettle (or gave option) as mainly centred on the American market with coffee percolators in rooms. Was not too impressed with the hotel taxi/transfer - as a tiny car and he was late. But overall a nice stay and in the heart of everything.
