I would describe everything as good and clean, the room provided everything that was needed and the breakfast was good. The hotel is showing signs of it's age but the location next to the station is perfect and there is a public car park immediately behind the hotel as well. (The hotel does offer parking but it needs to be prebooked, I didn't realise this so when I did arrive the car park was full and I had to go to the public car park, which was fine)

Stayed a couple of times at the Route Inn last month. If you have stayed in one RI, you pretty much get the same experience at the next one. Price to services received ratio is good; good buffet breakfast and good speed wifi included. Breakfast can be very busy towards the end of its opening time at the weekend and the limited staff struggle to meet the demand.

As good as it gets for a budget hotel: Great value for the price, located next to the railway station, helpful staff, relatively large rooms, and clean! They even threw in a free breakfast for the first morning.
