The interior around the bath and sink is relatively new and clean, but the room is much colder, perhaps because the air conditioning is set to only allow cold air. All rooms may have been set to automatically adjust to keep the heating out, but it was tough at night when the outside temperature dropped 10 degrees in November. It is recommended that you bring your own loungewear as it is cold to wear amenity loungewear and futon.

It's just an 8-minute walk from Sakae station (which in turn is two subway stops from Nagoya station), so the location is good. The hotel entrance looks like a hospital and is not attractive at all. The room is small (although this is a common denominator in most 2-3 star hotels in Japan), although the bed was very comfortable. They offer free coffee. Just below there is a great menu del dia restaurant.

The hotel is old and small, but in a good location. It is about a 5-minute walk from Sakae Station on the subway, but it is in a busy area with many restaurants and there is a Lawson next door, so it is very convenient for dinner and late-night snacks. On the other hand, it is an old building and the facilities are old. The shower room is small and inconvenient to use, and there is water stains accumulated, so it cannot be called clean, even as a compliment. Well, considering the price of the accommodation, I am convinced that it is at an acceptable level. I think it is fine if you are just staying in a hotel for one night.
