When I brought my breakfast ticket to the cafe on the ground floor with the breakfast plan, I had to wait an hour outdoors in the cold winter. It was supposed to be inside the hotel, so I came lightly dressed without a coat, so I was sick. We only recommend it if you have enough time on your itinerary to wait an hour for breakfast and are physically strong enough to withstand the cold wind. It's not for busy business travelers.

It is a hotel that you can never choose by making your own reservation, but this time I stayed because an acquaintance made a reservation. If it had been five years... You still haven't been able to clean it? Are you not going to do that? Outsource it. You don't have confirmation services? It was a terrible situation with no improvement in five years. The area around Mei Station is also being redeveloped and the number of hotels is increasing, but in this price range, this service, in this situation, it will inevitably be eliminated, won't it? It was early in the morning, and I was worried about having just one alarm, so I tried to set a wake-up call by using the phone in my room, but there was no sound. I couldn't even call the front desk. When I told the front desk on the first floor about this, they came to my room to check. After a while, the lady came again and said, "The battery in your phone is dead, so if you plan to go out, we'll change the battery while you're there. I was made to wait again, and she came to my room again to say that my room was ready, and I took my luggage with her and took the elevator to the floor where the next room was. They apologized for nothing, but when I got off the elevator, they were complaining again, so loudly that I could hear them mumbling. They had no idea that the hotel front desk is the highest level of customer service, and either they were doing the job reluctantly or they didn't like the hassle, and they didn't understand the basics of customer service. Other than that, the bath water temperature was set to about 40°C, which felt warm in winter. So I was worried that I would get cold after taking a bath, and the water pressure in the washroom and bathroom was low and restricted, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the small size of the room and the capacity of the air conditioning (air conditioner) did not match, so when I turned on the heater it was hot (even at the lowest temperature) and when I turned it off it was cold, and even when the fan volume was set to "low", it was so loud that I couldn't sleep. In the end, I only got two and a half hours of sleep, and went to work the next day sleep-deprived.
