Nagoya is more of a business city, and this hotel reflects that. It’s a large property catering primarily to business travelers, though we did see some tour groups as well. The lobby is impressive, with a grand entrance, a pleasant café, and several retail shops. The staff were polite and helpful. However, the rooms felt dated and worn. While spacious, the furnishings and overall condition did not match the standard of other hotels we stayed in Japan. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing—more in line with a budget hotel, with poor lighting and aging fixtures. We stayed here as a base for visiting Ise, which was convenient by train, but otherwise, there’s little reason to stay in this area. Bottom line: Acceptable if you need to be in Nagoya, but not a destination hotel.

There is some distance from Sakae exit, but it is very valuable. It is quiet and calm, without feeling the noise at night or outside. The interior is also elegant and clean. Towels are also good. Solid soap is also very good. I'm sensitive to the smell of the room, but it's always comfortable here because it doesn't smell.

Very nice hotel, small room and medium luxury service. Breakfast not very complete but quality with impeccable service. Good value for money.
