Irago Ocean Resort

It looks like it was renovated and the room is clean and clean. The public bath is also large and the view from the open-air bath is good. The pool in front of the hotel and small children can play with peace of mind. Also, the sunrise is great from the room and from the roof. There is also a wide variety of Viking breakfast and dinner meals, and you can replenish quickly and fill up quickly. If you drink often, you should have all you can drink. Many of our employees are foreign, but they are also polite and kind, able to speak Japanese.

The hot springs are large and the location is excellent, and I'm glad that there are luxury hair dryers. The inside of the building and the rooms were nice to have rehomed, but the rooms were too small and almost full of beds to relax…

I went on an annual summer family trip from Sunday to Monday, July 28th to 29th. This is the third time Lake Irako has been visited. In the past two times, I was taken to a spa and resort (now a resort and convention hotel?), but this time I was taken to this hotel because the food was only one now. First, make the most of its location on a small hill at Cape Irako, and the ocean blue that pops into your eyes as soon as you enter the hotel entrance is breathtaking. I also enjoyed the same view from my room window and had the best view. Check-in is from 3pm, but we arrive at the hotel around 13:30, swim in the pool for about 2 hours and then check-in. The pool was very beautiful and my son and wife, who were in third grade, were very satisfied. Once in the room, take a nap for about an hour, followed by a buffet dinner. I had expected this hotel dinner to be opulent after reading the reviews, and as expected, it was supremely satisfying. My son was also very happy with the open-air baths like the infinity pool, where he played ping pong after leaving the bath, played in the game corner, and was very clean and air conditioned wherever he went. I thought it was a hotel with high overall level and price value, but there were a couple of disadvantages. First of all, I called the external representative telephone number about three times because there was something I wanted to ask and request from after reservation to the day of the trip, but even if I called for about 5 minutes, I was not able to connect twice in the end...the last time I called for about 10 minutes and finally got out. Also, after check-in, the front desk number was not listed anywhere on the extension of the room, so I had no choice but to call the representative phone number on my cell phone. I thought I was calling at a time when the check-in crowd had subsided, but even then, no matter how many times I rang, I couldn't get through. I understand you're busy with a shortage of people, but this was my first experience of a hotel where no one answered the phone. It is also the size of the room, but I thought it was overwhelmingly small compared to the hotel room I had stopped for summer trips. If you put suitcases in the aisle at the foot of the bed, people will not be able to pass. There was usually no mirror + desk on the other side of the bed, and a 15-20cm wide ledge built from the wall was the only space for a clock, video or room key. It was certainly a beautiful room that seemed to have been recently renovated, but I can imagine the size of the room for myself based on the price, but I felt it was much smaller than that. However, considering the phone and the size of the room, other advantages prevailed and it was a hotel I would like to visit if I had the opportunity. Reserve another grade larger room next time.
