Independent gentleness of the world, thanks to the hard work of the staff of the Ten Tian Prince Hotel. Spending the 6/14-6/16 at the Prince Hotel in Ten Yota is a healing time, where the natural environment is truly irreplaceable. From the email contact before check-in, you can feel the detailed attention of the hotel; Special thanks to the chauffeur at the eight-way station, which took 6 hours to get back and forth. Intermediates also provide explanation and rest time. At the 6/15 JR Bus, which was disrupted due to heavy rain, thank you very much for returning to O'Ion to pick us up for over an hour. Thank the counterperson for the patient service, and help to send luggage, so people feel warm. Unlike the typical hotel buffet, the French dinner offered here is more elegant, the service staff is not only courteous, but more carefully explains each dish, conveying the chef's adherence to the ingredients and philosophy. I would like to especially thank Mr. Eun, who is diligent, courteous, and clearly understandable in Chinese and English. Although he humbly said he was the first to arrive, the high quality of the service he demonstrated showed the attention and excellence of the hotel manager for staff training. Although the hotel's architecture is not new and modern, every detail remains dust-free, and there is obviously countless effort from the cleaners. It was an exciting experience, and I would like to thank all the hard work of our staff for leaving us a wonderful memory in Ten and Tian.

Beautiful views of the lake and trees with an onsen that looks out to the view excellent French dinners included Friendly and welcoming staff Great place to visit the Oraise Gorges (amazing waterfalls and rivers) and well worth a lunch at the Oraise Brewery and an ice cream made from local dairy

I stayed here on a tour organized by JR East View. The room was clean and well-cleaned, which I thought was good. I wanted a humidifier, so I called the front desk, but they didn't answer when I called the Minami-kai, so I went to the front desk. The first explanation was that the air purifier in the room also doubled as a humidifier. So I went back to the room and checked, but it didn't seem to have that function. I contacted the front desk again and the humidifier arrived. Even though it's April, it's still cold, so I use the air conditioning. I thought this response was a bit unacceptable. I also asked to borrow an extension cord to charge my cell phone, earphones, and smartwatch, but they lent me one, but they said they didn't have anything else. There were only four outlets in the room, including the bathroom, and considering that electronic devices need to be charged in modern times, I think the facilities are insufficient. The hotel is advertised as an auberge, but the meals provided on the tour were fixed, and I feel that it is presumptuous to call it an auberge, both in terms of ingredients and taste. Looking at other people's reviews, it seems to have a high rating, but the only reason I gave it a high rating was because of the cleanliness of the room. Therefore, the overall score is 2. I don't think I will use it again.
