The bath in the room was not properly cleaned and the floor was so slimy that I fell and hurt myself when I took a bath. This is despite the fact that I took a careful bath with a handrail. It's a hotel near Kamogawa SeaWorld, but I'm still gennari because I'm persistently warned about noise with my children.... This is my third stay, but I feel the quality is getting worse and worse. It is a condo facility, but I think the walls and floors are thin and soundproofing is not good. I've been on a number of family trips, but I've never had a noise complaint when I'm in my room, so I think it's partly because the building itself is old. I wonder if it's unusual for people to know at the time of booking that they're coming with small children, but they don't have room allocation or consideration. Since I am with children, I deliberately chose to stay in a condo without meals, but it is hard to say that I avenged my death. It's common for people to have children around rooms with children, but this inn doesn't seem to have that. You can stay here at relatively low prices, As expected, families with children will find it safe to stay at a "welcome baby certified" inn. Other people have been complaining about the reception being bad, and I think that's true. There's a big poster on the front desk saying, "Customer harassment prevention!" As it is pasted, You guessed a lot.

This 33-story high-rise resort overlooks the Kamogawa River, and is a luxury with ocean views from every room. This time we stayed in the Royal Suite "White Breeze" on the 32nd floor. It was so spacious and the sea view spread out over the window was so beautiful that you would lose track of time. The sea in the morning, feeling the sea breeze, was particularly impressive. There is a large public bath and pool in the facility, and you can use the hot springs of the adjacent Kamogawa Grand Hotel for free. The Boshu hand-rolled sushi for dinner and the Mago Chazuke set for breakfast are both gentle, using fresh local ingredients. The staff were very polite in their service and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. I highly recommend this inn for those who want to spend a leisurely time looking out at the sea.

The women’s outdoor bath at the Kamogawa Grand Hotel, which we accessed via the Grand Tower Hotel, was far from "grand." Although it started as a peaceful and relaxing experience, it was disrupted when a man entered a clearly restricted area, obstructing our ocean view and violating our privacy. He claimed he was “recording the ocean,” but his presence was inappropriate and concerning. We reported the incident to the front desk, but the response was disappointingly casual. Staff said he was a construction worker who "promised he didn’t look." As a woman, I find this response unacceptable. It reflects a troubling disregard for women’s privacy and safety.
