Overnight at the end of July. I always check my bed at the hotel. I turned the sheet and found a few hairs left, but well, it was forgivable. The visible areas were cleaned up, but the most disappointing thing was the toilet. There was urine splatter left in the toilet bowl. It was beautiful to see from above, but when I bent down after dropping something on the floor, I looked at the toilet bowl and found a splatter of urine. It became a “gaa.” I can't help but regret cleaning my room even though the reception was kind, courteous and perfect.

My husband and I have stayed at a Daiwa Roynet hotel before but were disappointed with this one. It was mostly the area that we didn't like. Akabane is a convenient station to go various places and the hotel is very close to the station, but the area is most definitely seedy and I did not appreciate bar hostesses/sex workers standing outside our hotel all day long, as well as the men in black suits next to large black vehicles. We never had any problems but we were uncomfortable. The room was extremely small but reasonable for Tokyo. The staff at the front desk tried hard and were nice. Almost none were Japanese. We had maid service every day and did appreciate that.

The hotel is conveniently located on the roadside, just a short distance from the Akabane train station and shopping area, with plenty of nearby restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences. The room was clean with high-quality bedding, and the staff was very friendly.
