5 days and this hotel and I have had the worst experience during my trip around Japan, staff very unfriendly, the air conditioner very noise and you can't sleep well at hotel, very expensive for the terrible hotel

The photos of the rooms listed on their website and Booking.com showed clean rooms. As one would expect when booking a hotel room. However, the room was in terrible shape. There was poop on the bathroom walls, dirt on the bedding when we walked into the room, stains on the sides of the bed, the phone in the room, and the AC/Heating unit were not working as well. The place was disgusting. In addition, the room was on the 7th floor, and they would shut off all the electricity in the building on April 6 for a few hours. Since I have a back injury, leaving or entering the hotel room without access to the elevator would be impossible.

It was hard to stay here... I understand the rooms are usually small in Japan and that's ok, but the elevator was so small I felt claustrophobic. The beds felt like concrete, the pillows were the same but lumpy. We did not sleep very well over the 3 nights. The elderly lady that brings breakfast (if you have it included ) was so sweet, that was the only reason this place was given one green circle. It's a bit of a walk to anything you need too. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else!
