I booked for three consecutive nights, but I couldn't stay in the same room. Great hotel! I got a big room with its own bathroom and toilet. A small but spacious hallway, with a roomy closet. The room itself fits a one-and-a-half bed, a large enough table with a drawer, a nice dresser, a small fridge microwave and a TV. And yet, there is room for movement and more than enough. There's an electric kettle and some cups on the table. Cleaning is done daily and is carefully monitored. Bed linen and towels are being changed. That is, the room can quite be called a nice small, cozy apartment. There is a balcony, a smoking area and you can just admire the surrounding area. Lots of shops nearby, literally a stone's throw away. Moreover, there is a shopping street that directly accesses the market. There's also Don Quixote's, Sushiro's sushi bar. If you walk for 15-20 minutes you can get to a very beautiful promenade and a small park near the tower Tokyo sky three. As well as the Sensoji Temple, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Many people write that the hotel is located far from the stations, it is not! The nearest Minova metro station is literally 7 minutes in the middle step. Coming back in the evenings from the station to the hotel even clocked the time. iriya metro station, is slightly further away in the other direction. And if you don't get lazy and walk for 15-20 minutes towards the jr Ueno station, you'll be right on the circular almost center line. The main thing is to study the route on the map first. It's not the first time in Tokyo, there's experience in other hotels. So there's something to compare! Yeah, a little shabby old furniture, yes, sometimes hot water interrupts cold water, but it's so uncritical, and the room is so comfortable, you want to go back there again and again. Feels even like a home-made thing. The hotel is very often full to the point of failure. It's not easy to get there and you have to make a reservation at least two months before your intended Trips. The service is certainly not Japanese, as the owners and workers are mostly Korean. But whatever I needed them to do, they would go along and try to help. Quickly and business-wise, answered questions by email. So this hotel left only a positive experience! I'll definitely come back again!

The price of a hotel in Tokyo seems to have increased 1.5 times before and after the coronavirus, but this hotel is still reasonably priced. It is more than 10 minutes walk from the nearest station, but the surrounding environment is quiet and convenient with convenience stores nearby.
