I used it quite a bit before corona, but it was the first time in a very long time. The usual inn was full. You can't do anything about the old one, but the guest base was pretty low. Due to the low price, there are a lot of high school club activities, many domestic and foreign tourists, and quite a few businesses. Screaming in hallways, singing, occupying laundromats for long periods of time, etc. I even warned three high school students who were whistling in front of the elevator. The quality of the staff has also declined. The location is half-finished, so you won't be using it unless there are other openings. I wish I could emulate it in various ways from the Washington Hotel, which is highly rated elsewhere.

There were several points I did not like this hotel. 1. On checking in, I was in a hurry to see Sumo match but TV did not work due to position of antenna etc, I called front desk and they say '' We will send a person to your room and we may ask you to change rooms if we can not fix it.'' 20 minuets later, they came and fixed it but I missed the match. Preparing for probable room change, I could not use shower waiting for uncertain time of their visit. They excused that they check TV everyday which I doubt. 2. Trying to find another Socket for my portable battery charger as position of the socket on the desk did not allow the charger to connect, I found it behind the TV desk but were covered with much dust. 3. Because of the two consecutive stay, I accepted change of only sanitary kit and toilet paper. However they took also a nightgown away which I thought I would wear it again so I had to request new one. 4 On the second day, bathroom light lost 70% of the brightness. I assume management does not control hotel staff well. The location of the hotel is not so far away nor close to the JR station so It is too close for me to use tram but a little bit away for me to walk especially in summer

It seems to be a famous hotel. The lobby is magnificent, but the whole hotel feels old. The rooms are also old. Breakfast was delicious with a wide menu.
