The Toyoko Inn had a difficult time getting off the lower floors in one elevator because of the cozy conditions, and the breakfast was above average (the Toyoko Inn Central International Airport was terrible) compared to other Toyoko Inns. All the staff appreciated the attention.

I am member of Toyoko inn already 9 years.Until today I was extremely pleased with their services kindness and wish to help. But today I faced a rude and hartless service. It's really hurting, so pitty

We stayed at Toyoko Inn for one night after several hours of driving fron Kanazawa. The room was very small. There was not enough space for opening the luggage. The breakfast had few variety. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Considering the price paid, we understand we could not ask for more.
