Toyoko Inn Hakata Station Minami

With the support of inbound tourists, the hotel is attractive with reasonable prices due to its poor access, 1 km from Hakata Station Tsukushi Exit and 15 minutes on foot. It is the cheapest hotel chain in the city, at over 10% cheaper, so it is recommended for those with little luggage, those who don't like to take a walk, and those who drive. There is also a shuttle bus service to and from Tsukushiguchi, so please make good use of it. They provided the same service as the other Toyoko Inn including breakfast, and served a delicious breakfast. Overall, the stay was very satisfying. Many guests stayed at the restaurant for breakfast, so there was a long line. It is recommended to line up about 10 minutes before the start time. The hotel car park was full late at the time of arrival, but the nearby car park recommended is not far away, so there is not much to worry about.

There is a shuttle from Hakata Station, but it doesn't seem to run frequently. I walked there, but it took more than 10 minutes. I think it would be difficult on a bad day. The room was an economy single, next to the elevator, but I arrived around 11pm and checked out at 9am the next morning, so my stay was short and it wasn't a problem. Other than that, the breakfast, unit bath, etc. were the same as other Toyoko Inns across the country.

Only reason for choosing this is their Airport transfer & Hakata Station free shuttles. Though rooms are clean it's small and cramped. There are only a 7Eleven and a restaurant in front of this hotel. Otherwise it's a quiet street at night. We enjoyed their evening 4pm onwards free shuttle from Hakata Station. Breakfast are just so so compare to other hotels.
