Conveniently located near Mino-Oota train station. Front-desk staff was very friendly. Received free water-bottles/tea bottles since we made reservation online. Room was clean and was a decent size for Japanese standard for our family of four (kids are elementary school age). Coin-laundry area was a bit dark. Woman's public bath area was a decent size. A bit creepy since one of the lights was flickering (I probably watched one too many Japanese horror movies.) Breakfast is included. Good variety of food so even my kids enjoyed it before we made our way to Gujo Hachiman.
