Great flexibility and customer orientation of the staff. Very good location. Nice onsen up on the roof. Very quiet. Convenience store right next door. Sights nearby.

Fair hotel 5 minutes from the station. The room is quite spacious but the bathroom is really small, halfway between a ship's and an airplane's. For breakfast you sit in a large room with tables for two side by side like a cafeteria; I couldn't say about the savory options because I didn't try them, but there was almost nothing sweet, not even fresh fruit. The best thing of all, however, is the onsen on the ninth floor, an absolute must-try as a typical Japanese experience

The hotel is rather dated as the decor of the rooms. Very small bathroom and breakfast with reduced sweet choices.
