My brother in law pick this hotel for us, because they live not far from the hotel. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 17 days last July 8 -25. The staff was excellent and very accomodation in anyway. They helped me locate the place I want to go. The lobby is great, room are very clean. Every time I saw all the staff you can always see their smile. The breakfast is our brunch everyday are the same but it's okay. The hotel is very quiet. Definetely I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. We were very satisfied with their service.

We stayed here for a sumo event in Ashikaga. It’s not practical for Ashikaga if you’re relying on public transport, and I can’t think why you would stay here unless you have friends or business in Ota. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean. The beds are very hard. Wifi worked ok. Hotel staff have limited English. Dinner in the restaurant was unexciting. Breakfast (included in the room rate) was poor.

I stayed in this hotel one month. Bed was very hard but that didn't bother me. Single room is very small (allmost impossible to open normal luggage on the floor). Luckuly I was working the days and had to only sleep at the hotel. Breakfast was OK, better than in similar hotels. Western also available. Fast and free WiFi. Beisia (grocery store) and fitness gym 10 minutes by walking.
