The facilities are a bit old, but it was a pretty clean and comfortable room. The best part is the water dispenser in each room. I was very grateful to be able to use both water and hot water. As I was told at the front desk, some people might be concerned about the sound and light, but I didn't mind at all, so it's no problem. If I get the chance to stay in Hiroshima because of the water dispenser, I would like to use it again.

Garden Palace Hotel has number of good features. Friendly staff and well organized services. Technically hotel is little bit old fashioned. Single room was normal size and clean. Fitted carpet in the room was not surprise, but slightly negative feature. Location of this hotel is good, you can walk to the hotel from the Hiroshima Station. Aiport Limpousine comes from the Hiroshima airport to the Station and it is Breakfast was Japan style and very good. Breakfast room has a small detail, or it is outside of it; there is a small garden with beautiful trees etc. Perhaps this is technically 3 star hotel, but this was four star experience. Next time I'll visit Hiroshima, I'll consider this hotel.

Nice and helpful people at the reception. Stayed one night for a quick sightseeing tour to Hiroshima and for such this hotel is perfect. Close to main station to get or get rid of luggage at arrival and departure. Room worked. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to complain about from my side.
