Stayed for two nights and wished I hadn't. Room was very poor with damp stains on the walls, dirty holes in the ceiling and a hole in the bath. Also had not been properly cleaned. Bed ok. Went out for breakfast as could not face the food there! Good free internet and a good central location near the station. Avoid if possible.

Stayed for 6 nights. Was a bit intimidating when I came out of lift at level 7 as the corridor was lightly dimmed. Room and toilet were smaller than those of Yassa which I had stayed last year. WIFI was fast and the fact that it was on high floor means there were less mosquitoes. The view out of the window was a welcome sight every morning too (my room faces the Pair City Chuo Road). Note that there is no laundry though.
