I absolutely loved the atmosphere there. I went to Sapporo for the snow festival in February 2025. I wanted to enjoy a private onsen, as I have a lot of tattoos. The room was tidy, and the onsen experience was extra pleasant. However, the food at the restaurant was pretty bad. The breakfast was honestly so awful that I couldn't even take a bite. As you can already tell, the location is pretty bad. It's basically located on a mountaintop. Fortunately, the hotel runs a pick-up service, so it was really convenient. I needed to take a taxi because I had to leave early in the morning, and they only run the shuttle starting in the mid-morning.

バスルーム付きの部屋に宿泊しました。しかし浴室の換気が悪く、24時間流し続ける水蒸気が部屋に流れ込んでいたため部屋内のカビ臭がすごかったです。最初の部屋は問題を指摘した後、ホテル側が部屋を替えてくれましたが、湿気の問題は依然として顕著でした。ホテル全体がカーペット敷きだったため、滞在中カビ臭さが鼻から離れませんでした。ホテルは都心から離れた郊外に位置しているため、周辺には商業施設がほとんどありません。車がないと近隣の観光地へ行くのも困難です。予約に食事が含まれていなかったため、追加で申し込んだところ、ホテル側から拒否されました。食事に関する悪い口コミを多く目にした今では、特に気にも留める必要はなくむしろ良かったと思っています。 I stayed in a room with an en suite bathroom. However, the bathroom ventilation was poor, and the steam from the continuously running water for 24 hours seeped into the room, resulting in a terrible musty smell throughout the room. After pointing out the issue with the first room, the hotel did change my room, but the damp problem remained significant. As the entire hotel was carpeted, the musty smell lingered in my nostrils throughout my stay. The hotel is located in the suburbs, away from the city centre, so there are hardly any commercial facilities nearby. Without a car, it's difficult to visit nearby tourist spots. As meals weren't included in the booking, I tried to add them on, but the hotel refused. Having now seen many negative reviews about the food, I don't particularly mind and actually think it was for the best. I found it an uncomfortable hotel where it was difficult to relax.

Loved it. This is my second time at this hotel. I came last year and again this year. The staff are amazing- the front of service staff and also the restaurant staff were fantastic. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. The food was amazing, we loved our room, the view and the onsen. The location is perfect. I wish I lived in Japan and would visit more regularly. Thank you again for being so brilliant. I hope to be back next year and thank you for my gift too xxx
