Suck room , very bad experience The room is pretty small for more than 8 people

I stayed two nights in a condo with a street bath. The facilities were very good and comfortable, including room facilities, hot springs and a fireplace. It takes about 30 minutes by train from Sapporo and 2,000 yen by taxi from Otaru Chikuko, and the accommodation is reasonably priced, so you can enjoy the view and the natural hot springs very easily. But perhaps most of the customers came by car, or perhaps not used to customers without cars, the distance from the reception desk to the condo was uphill, and we had to walk along the Ice Bahn road with a big, heavy suitcase, which was very difficult (even dangerous). I bought an oversized piece of firewood (very heavy) and was told to bring it myself, so I asked him to bring it, but it would be five-star if I could be more considerate for customers who are not cars. The fact that there are no minimum seasonings or wraps in a condo (fees apply) is typical of Hokkaido.　　I have a bit of a wry smile. I also thought it was a bit of a waste to have a guest with such bad manners, even though there were so many notices saying no XX allowed, and the rooms were woody and atmospheric.

I booked the most expensive room, which cost over JPY80,500 per night. It had an open-air bath, but the bathtub was too small and the water was not hot, so I didn’t know how to use it. The entire house has two floors of usable space, and it is claimed to accommodate up to 7 people, but in fact the house is very small, with a total practical space of less than 50 square meters on the two floors, and there are only two toilets and one bathroom. There were 6 adults in total, and it was completely insufficient. We had to drive to a nearby large bathhouse to take a bath. In addition, the attitude of the waiters in this hotel is extremely bad. They always communicate via email in Japanese. When I reply to them in English, I only receive responses in Japanese. It feels like they are just trying to make money and have always made things difficult for customers with their service, which affected my holiday mood during my precious trip.
